STEP 1: Clear all browser cache/temp files
STEP 2: Update any saved browser bookmarks for MOL - the URL must ONLY contain the following text: https://businessonline.motorolasolutions.com **Quick Tip** Once logged into MOL, on the homepage select keys "Ctrl D" on your keyboard to bookmark MOL (these steps will properly save bookmark to avoid future login issues).
STEP 3: MOL performs best using Internet Explorer. IE8+ does require users add MOL to their browser's Compatibility View settings. CLICK HERE to be redirected to Microsoft's website for steps to update IE Compatibility View settings.
